Rotary District 6460 Foundation
The Rotary District 6460 Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, recognized by IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization, that receives gifts and donations of money and property in support of the charitable objects and aims of Rotary District 6460.
The Foundation was created primarily for Rotary Clubs in District 6460 without their own foundations to afford allowable tax benefits to Rotarians and donors as they contribute towards charitable projects. The Foundation has collected and distributed funds for such activities as disaster assistance, scholarships, club centennial projects, and Global Grants. The Macedonia Bus Project and the Monmouth Rotary Club Centennial Water Park are good examples.
We encourage you to consider using the Rotary District 6460 Foundation to enhance your ability to fund your charitable projects. The Board will quickly determine if your proposed project will be accepted.

The Foundation has a board of directors that are elected at the annual meeting of the members of the Foundation, which is held concurrently with the Rotary District 6460 Assembly. Each Rotary club located in Rotary District 6460 shall be a voting member of the Foundation.
There are five members of the board of directors.
